The enquiry is forwarded to our team via Azure Communication Services (email) and is not stored in a database or retained on the server beyond the email delivery process.
Emails containing your enquiry are stored in our business email system. We retain these communications for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry, after which they are deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website and process enquiries:
- Microsoft Azure (Static Web Apps): Website hosting infrastructure, located in the Australia East region.
- Azure Communication Services: Used to send email notifications when a contact form is submitted.
- Google Fonts: Web fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may collect your IP address when fonts are requested. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Tailwind CSS CDN: CSS styling is loaded from Tailwind's CDN servers. Your IP address may be collected when the resource is requested. See Tailwind's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third parties.
